The hotel reserves the right to use the rooftop or any other space within its facilities for private events on an occasional basis. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to minimizing any inconvenience.

FLEXIBLE RATE

On the day of arrival you can have your room from 3:00 p.m. and on the day of departure until 12:00 p.m.

Arrivals without prior notice after 2.00 am on the night of arrival will be considered as no show, applying the corresponding cancellation policy.

Deposit policy: Payment of the total reservation 3 days before the arrival date, non-refundable in case of cancellation.

Cancellations: Reservations can be canceled without charge, prior notification to the hotel 72 hours before the date of arrival at 3:00 p.m. After this period, 100% of the stay will be charged.

Reservation modification policy: Reservations modified outside the corresponding cancellation deadline (72h) will entail a 100% expense

In case of not showing up at the Hotel on the day of arrival, without prior notification, 100% of the cost of the reservation will be charged as a penalty, leaving it cancelled.

Any notification or change must be made to the email account reservas@aguasdedibiza.com.

Not included: Tax on tourist stays – €4.40 per person and night.
